The project scope of the CF680A section is to continue the viaduct tail rail on the north side of Xinbei Industrial Park Station (Station Y19) on the circular line, go northward along Wugong Road, transfer to Wuquan Road eastbound, cross the Erchong Flood Discharge Road to Shuhong East Road Next, go east along National Highway No. 1, turn to Siwei Road north, cross Zhongshan Expressway, and connect to Y20 station (included) at Zhongshan 1st Road, Luzhou District.
The total length of the route within the project scope of this bid is about 3.3 kilometers; including three underground stations Y19A, Y19B and Y20, a section of viaduct, a section of excavated cut-and-cover tunnel and a section of submerged shield tunnel. The main work items include civil engineering, hydropower, and environmental control engineering, including the following two sub-construction bids:
1. CF681 civil engineering standard
2. CF624B hydropower, environmental control engineering standard
