The scope of this project is 212K+800~214K+685 of Taiwan Line 9 (New Station No. 199K+156~201K+041 of Taiwan Line 9). It is located in Ji'an Township and Shoufeng Township, Hualien County. The total length is about 1,885 meters and is expected to be expanded. The width of the road and the existing Muguaxi Bridge were demolished and reconstructed.
