(2) Station improvement project: Kanding, Nanzhou, Zhen'an, Linbian and other stations along the line will be improved in conjunction with electrification.
(3) Improvement (construction) of bridges and culverts: Improvement or expansion of Xizhou Xiqiao and other bridges and culverts.
(4) Level crossing improvement project: 8 level crossings along the line shall be equipped with safety facilities in conjunction with railway electrification.
(5) Subgrade engineering, drainage engineering, general electromechanical and system electromechanical coordination engineering, etc.
Part of C812:
(1) Track engineering: monorail electrification of the original railway line, 55K+854~58+400 mileage of the raised track section in Linbianjiadong, and 63K+480~65K+500 mileage of the raised track section in Fangliao, Donghai.
(2) Station improvement project: Jiadong, Donghai, Fangliao and other stations along the line will be improved in conjunction with electrification.
