To manage the subordinates according to the human nature; care and interaction with the subordinates also required to consolidate the members to achieve the team spirit for company's best interest.

The engineers shall fully acknowledge their job specification and well prepared for all responsible works; such as - be familiar with the content of the contract and drawings; having sense of cost-effective and solve the interface issues immediately; never delay the work and start every day with brand-new work.

Sales department shall penetratively secure the opportunity to diversify business fields; such as the real estate, urban renewal plan, act progressively and consequently to create the lucrative buisiness for the company.

Financial department shall well prepared for every situations to come and mange the best accomendation for every captial to acquire the most effective cost-effect outcome and benefit.
